Well! codes we use are based on American culture. Surely they don't celebrate marriages as we do. Even if marriage hall has three or four floors, I have seen occasions in which 3/4 marriage ceremonies taking place at same time.4 points -

there isn't one designing which should be learnt there are many other aspects in civil engineering which could be shared,i suggested classes or meetings where different level professional can share there projects,problems and how they resolved them,i know very well that designing couldn't be taught1 point -
