we have to put ct values in ft unit then etab will calculate the time period by converting the building height into ft.you can check it by calling input seismic force.

can you upload your model then i will let you know if i find some thing wrong with the model

check the co-ordinates of column at top and bottom if they are not same then it will be treated as brace not as column and will not be visible in plan
