Good morning i have a situation where the top of the mat foundation is under the ground slab.. the groud slab will be rested on a well compacted backfill above the raft foundation.. in this case, we will consider the weight of the backfill above the raft foundation.. my question is , shall i consider the weight of the ground slab and its live and dead loads above the raft foundation? thank you....
