Dear All Engineers,
I have modeled my house and want some suggestions, Input on the structural Design, House Size is 25X50 and house location has very steep slop (At Murree) . i Proposed 12"X12" column size, 9"X15" beam and isolated foundation size, 3'x3'X1.5'. column depth is almost 10' deep from the Natural surface level. 8" retaining wall at the back side of the wall as earth retaining wall. other column, beam, arrangement is shown in image. please comment if the arrangement is correct or need any changes. any suggestions, Input will be greatly appreciated.
