This document helped in finding Ss and S1 for Lahore, as are Ss=1.03 and S1=0.41. Plus I am stuck in a few problems in seismic design of water retaining structures. I am stuck in "effective mass coefficient ε" asked in ACI 350-3-06 Appendex A Step 5.

I cant see the values for Lahore in this data, where can I get it?

I am new here and I am stuck in a few problems in seismic design of water retaining structures. I am stuck in "effective mass coefficient ε" asked in ACI 350-3-06 Appendex A Step 5, and S1 ans Ss from ACI 350-3-06. it says the "From the applicable seismic ground motion map of ASCE 7-05, Chapter 22, obtain the mapped maximum considered earth-quake spectral response accelerations at short periods and at 1 second (SS and S1, respectively)" but the maps give values for US and I need values for Lahore.
