Previously I chose the size of Beam to be 100 x 400mm , I tried to change the size to 200 x 400, and now it is showing steel details in CSI Details. But for slab (150mm) still the issue is same. With the issue of beam resolved it seems like there was no issue in the units or loads. But what should be the case with Slab still I am unable to apprehend.

I am new to Etabs, I successfully designed and analyzed a 3 story building. But I came across with very strange problem, when I tried to design a small room of 2m x 2m size on etabs. When I imported my etabs design results to CSI Details to check reinforcement, it is showing 0 rebars for slab and Beams, while an unrealisticly heavy reinforcement for a small 200 x 200mm column. I have attached the section for both Beam and Column. Although I used the same method, which I used when I was designing a 3 story building. Can someone please guide me where am I doing the mistake?
