Hi all i need to have a discussion on this topic which is the specifications allow maximum concrete temperature at time of placement 32C where as the temperature of the concrete which is sampled for mix design of concrete is 27C in my view this does not depict the actual condition in which temperature will remain around 32C hence more requirement of water thus decreasing strength, therefore in my view if the design mix cubes were made at the concrete temperature of 32C the cement content required would have been more for a selected W/C ratio of say .45
