If we have 2D single frame .What the etab consider the joint of beam and column .does the beam behave as a simply supported or fixed ? I am asking this question becasue while designing the houses we have bearing wall structure in which we do manual calculation .but on the beam i used to get confuse how to calculate the moent on them either consider it simply supported or what .Your kind advise is required
