Hey guys i got loads of info here but i have some questions... I really need your help! I did DAE in Civil and now i am doing B-Tech in Civil! And i am also doing an auto-cad course of 6months duration from nicon(because from the info i got, i was told that i must have a good grip on auto cad to work on etabs, safe and revit etc). I have no field experience or anything. I want to start my practical experience as a structural site engineer(if its possible in pakistan). I am preparing myself to move to uae as soon as i complete my b.tech hons degree and do ms in structural engineering from hariot watt university or any other good university. Can i get admission over there? And be able to register as an engineer. I have to do industrial training for my b.tech degree, should i start my job in uae and do it there and then come back to pakistan! Does the experience of pakistan also counts or am i just wasting my time here.. Are there any institutes etc in islamabad which offer etabs, revit and safe etc courses.? i just want to be prepared in advance soo that when i move to uae, i start my career as a structural engineer! Please guide me to enter this field! its my dream and i need some guidance thanks alot in advance
