  1. Hello Everyone. I am modeling Pipes with T-Joint connection using SAP2000. I consider the Fiber-Hinge as for the pipes no default hinges are available and fiber-hinges are also recommended by CSI. The problems I am facing 1) The push over curve is following the experimental curve to the 1st yield point but the second yield point can be found at very high displacement that is different from the experiment. 2) I found the displacement response in the elastic range to be the same as the experimental response but i have to consider the nonlinear behavior of the Piping system which is not considered by the model as the under the cyclic loading the Force-Disp response is showing a straight line. Thank you
